CasaCommand — the family OS
one sentence becomes task cards for a two-person household, on the same rails as the factory.
The problem
01Household tasks live in heads and chat threads, so whoever remembers does them, and whoever remembers most resents it.
02Chore apps turn a home into a leaderboard, and points sour the thing they were meant to encourage.
03The obvious fix, a shared list, has no claim and no done, so nobody knows what is taken and what is finished.
One decision
CHOSEN
A task is a card with claim, done and a warm note of who did it, and the system never computes a per-person score, streak or ranking.
REJECTED
Points, streaks and a family leaderboard. Rejected because scoring partners against each other is the failure the product exists to avoid.
