The problem
01Health tools give one number and no way to tell what it rests on, so a full scan and a half-read repository can show the same score.
02When an analyzer cannot run, most tools report nothing found, and nothing found reads as healthy.
03The obvious fix, let the tool commit its own repairs, hands write access to the thing that was just wrong.
One decision
CHOSEN
Every score carries its evidence and its confidence, an analyzer that fails reports degraded instead of clean, and a fix only ever arrives as a pull request.
REJECTED
A single composite number with failed analyzers counted as zero findings. Rejected because could-not-look and nothing-wrong would render identically, and the product would lie by default.
